Between April 5th and April 15th, 2024, all physical orders will be fulfilled *no earlier than April 15th* due to being on the road. If you make a purchase during this date range, please be understanding of the circumstances. You will likely be contacted by us to politely remind you, either way.
Under normal circumstances:
Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you need an estimate, make an account if you haven't already, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".
All orders will ship USPS.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your physical items to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Please contact us at friendsbelowzero@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please use your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned. (Hint: there's a good chance that a clearly defective pressing, for example, will be refunded. There's a low chance that a refund will be granted if you decide you don't like the music, especially since a preview of all of the music is available before purchase.)
Additional exceptions to the return policy:
- You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't open the record, CD or cassette, let your dog pee on the plastic cover, etc Only unopened and sealed records, CDs, and cassettes may be returned.
- Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD trays.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
